The team
We’re a two-person production and engineering team working closely with artists who care about detail, intention, and sound. Our studio is built around collaboration: fewer layers, clearer decisions, and a shared focus on the song. We believe the best records come from trust, curiosity, and knowing when to step back.
Alessandro Pelosio
I’m a music producer and sound engineer with a background that combines independent study and formal training. I’ve been studying music production since 2020 through seminars, books, and self directed research, and I’m currently in the third and final year of a sound engineering degree at a professional academy in Bologna, in partnership with Coventry University.
At the core of my work is the artist’s vision. I see my role as helping translate that vision into a finished record that feels honest while still working for the context it’s meant for. Through shared decisions, I focus on making each song function clearly within the niche or audience it is targeting, without compromising its identity.
Within the team, I mainly focus on the technical and structural side of production, including workflow, editing, programming, and overall coherence. I’m comfortable producing entirely in the box when needed, while enjoying a hybrid approach that blends digital tools with live elements. Alongside production, I study guitar and have a background in drums, with basic experience on bass, which helps me communicate effectively around performance and arrangement while keeping the process focused on the song.
Davide Bacchi
I’m a songwriter, producer, and assistant engineer with a strong foundation in music theory and arrangement. I studied piano and solfeggio for over ten years at Istituto Musicale Masini in Forlì, and later earned A level certification in classical piano and solfeggio at Conservatorio G. Lettimi in Rimini.
My work is centered on songwriting, harmony, and structure, with a focus on how musical choices support the emotional direction of a song. I help artists develop ideas, refine arrangements, and make decisions that feel intentional and musically grounded, while staying open to experimentation and change.
In the studio, I often work as an assistant engineer, supporting recording and production sessions with a careful ear and a strong musical perspective. I value communication and trust, and I aim to create an environment where artists feel understood and comfortable exploring ideas. My goal is always to serve the song, helping it take shape in a way that feels natural, balanced, and complete.
